new septic installation and design
Septic systems are an ever changing world of rules and designs. As an installer it is my job to keep up with this world and to bring that skill set to your project. Through proper design and implementation a septic system should last you many years service free and I pride myself on getting that right. SEPTIC REPAIR AND SEWER HOOKUPS
However un-excited one may be about dealing with live sewer I still do this work. Central Oregon is chock full of rotting out old steel septic tanks that need replaced, like they were ever going to be a good idea. Both Bend and Redmond are constantly adding new sewer lines and you may need to abandon your old septic tank and do a new sewer hookup, I do that too. Its important to note that it only takes a plumber to deal with interior pipes, hookups are covered under my license. I am not big on drain field repairs because unless you need to put in a new one you will have better luck with an actual septic repair company like Muck Septic, who also do pumping, all a different license than mine.

estimates
Here we have a touchy subject when it comes to excavation projects. On one hand I can come by and take a look and maybe give you a general idea of what your project may cost. Heck, it may be simple and I can give you a close estimate right off the cuff. On the other hand, unless you have commercial style survey blueprints I have little to nothing to go on but looks unless I come do a basic survey, draw it up and figure out all the crazy it takes to make excavation work out. Even with an expensive survey it can not tell me what is under ground, my experience in this region helps with that but if I am truly honest, I have no idea if I am looking at six feet deep dirt between 2 rock outcrops or 9 inches. I do have way more explanation on the matter of estimates that you can read by CLICKING HERE. The short of it is, I can come take a look and put in some valuable time for free to give you a general idea (estimate by definition) of cost but when it comes right down to the brass tax number, it becomes a bid. It takes much time to bid especially with no real info so please do not expect that to be free. Please CLICK THE LINK to read more, I would hate to catch you off guard.
